What do you mean by “Price varies by the number and type of emails”?
Some brands prefer to send fewer emails per month, while others prefer to send more.
On top of that, there are three main types of emails we write: Value Newsletters, Sequential Emails, and Promotional Emails, and each type takes a different amount of research, strategy, and storytelling.
To keep things flexible and fair, we calculate your monthly total based on how many emails you order and what type they are.
Value Newsletter Email: $150 each
Sequential or Promotional Email: $200 each
Example:
If you want 2 promotional, 2 sequential, and 4 value emails →
(2×200) + (2×200) + (4×150) = $997
If during the month you decide to add 3 more promotional emails, the extra cost would be 3×200 = $600.
How do your prices compare to other agencies?

How many emails should I send per month?
For personal brands, we always recommend sending emails daily (or as close to daily as possible).
Unlike eCommerce brands, email for personal brands works quite similarly to social media. Your audience craves your content and wants to hear from you often.
The less you show up, the more likely they are to drift toward other creators.
That said, it always comes down to your budget. If you can, send more. If not, start small and build up gradually.
How long are the emails you write?
As long as they need to be to move people, typically between 300 and 600 words.
Sometimes shorter, sometimes longer, depending on the story and message.
